2026: A New Year Rooted in Strength and Growth

As we step into 2026, KilimoFem begins the year with renewed energy, bold vision, and deep gratitude. We are proud to share that we have started this year in strength and with exciting growth that brings us closer to the women and children we serve. We are delighted to announce the expansion of our Urban Farming Project with the acquisition of 5 acres of fertile land in Mukono District. This land marks more than an increase in space; it represents opportunity, learning, and a future shaped by dignity and independence. The new site will serve as a hands-on training hub, where marginalized women will gain practical agricultural and agribusiness skills, while their preschool children grow, learn, and thrive in a safe and supportive environment. Through this expansion, we are strengthening pathways to financial independence, food security, and long-term resilience for families who need it most. To support this growth and ensure quality implementation, KilimoFem is expanding its team. We are currently recruiting dedicated and purpose-driven staff to walk with us in this next chapter. Full details about the available positions and recruitment process are provided in the official flyers. As we begin 2026, we do so grounded in the soil of possibility guided by our mission, strengthened by partnerships, and inspired every day by the women we serve. Thank you for growing with us.
